2 cups fresh yoghurt (dahi)

A handful of coriander leaves, washed, drained and chopped

1 green chilli, finely chopped (remove seeds if you want it mild)

Salt to taste

A good sprinkle of freshly ground, black pepper

Methods/steps

Place everything except garnish ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.

 

Serve chilled, garnished with coriander leaves and roast cumin.
